We are a family who enjoys traveling and luxurious experiences. We believe that luxury should be accessible to everyone, especially on special occasions.

We are not only a family business, we are a community business. We launched Payton’s Palace right here in the community where we live and operate other businesses, to create opportunities and professional services in the community and the Chicagoland area.

The Palace is a beauty on wheels, expect to seat up to 27 of your guest comfortably along with coolers, cup holders, 2 TVs, a sound system like no other.

How much does it cost to reserve a bus?

200 an hour 4-hour minimum + 250 refundable deposit (for damage coverage) that can be secured with a debit or credit card

What does the reservation include?

Your reservation includes the bus, a licensed chauffeur and security.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes. You can pay the required deposit 250 refundable deposit when we confirm your reservation.

How many people does the bus seat?

The bus seats 25 to 30 adults of average size.

Is smoking allowed on the bus?

No. If evidence of smoking occurs, there will be a special cleaning fee.

Can we rent it for longer than the 4-hour minimum?

Yes, at the rate of 200 an hour.

Will there be security on the bus?

Yes. The safety of our guest is of the upmost importance to us.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes. By all means.

What time does the service window start and close?

Our service windows are from 7:00 AM (BOARDING) and 1:00 AM (All guest must exit at 1:00 AM)

Can we do multiple pickups?

No. We provide drop-off and pick-up on pre-approved routes on a round-trip basis.

Do we drive ourselves?

No. We provide a licensed chauffeur for all reservations.

Is a tip included in the price?

No. Our awesome chauffeur’s would appreciate your gratitude.

Is there an hourly minimum?

Yes. There is a 4 hour minimum for all reservations.

What area do you service?

We proudly serve Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.

How far in advance do I need to book?

For the best chance of securing your date, it is BEST to book no later than a week in advance.

Can just request that our chauffeur just drive around?

Yes.

Are there any hidden or special fees?

Hidden? NO! Special yes. For smoking or vomit there is a special fee to be determined based on current cleaning rates.

Can I decorate the bus?

No. But you can hire us to take care of it for you.

Can I install a stripper pole?

No.

May we invite exotic dancers on board?

As long as they remain in a seat. No one is permitted to stand or walk around on board.
